New Worship Music

On a quest to find a new worship CD, many folks recommended Misty Edwards from Kansas City. After listening to You Won’t Relent on her myspace page, I was hooked and picked up her latest: Relentless.

To make a long story short, it’s worth it if you are looking for new worship music. It’s amazing musically and lyrically. I highly recommend it.

You Won’t Relent is my favorite. It goes like this:

You won’t relent until You have it all, My heart is Yours

I’ll set You as a seal upon my heart, As a seal upon my arm, For there is love that is as strong as death, Jealousy demanding as the grave, Many waters cannot quench this love

The anticipation is perfect in this song. At the very least, it’s wort a listen on her myspace page

    Yes its Battlestar Galactica, and I am on Season 4. I wasn’t really paying attention to which episode was which, and thought that since every other show was on their season finales that BSG must be too. I had someone else point out the fact I was wrong also. This whole writer’s strike has me confused (at least I’m make that my excuse). So your nerdiness shown through, but that’s fine, because I am right there with you.

    Thanks for the prayers. We are in a holding pattern waiting for things to progress. Shouldn’t be long now. Now that you’ve commented on my blog it means that I can comment on yours, and the floodgates may have opened.

    I do not really like her CD. But i do like Jesus Culture “Your Love Never Fails” CD. which has “You Won’t relent”
    on it.
